Frequently asked questions

What counts as internal vs external?

A link is internal when it resolves to the same origin (scheme + host + port) as the page URL you provide, external when it points elsewhere. mailto: and tel: links are listed separately so address and phone links don't clutter either group.

Does it follow links or fetch anything else?

No — it reads only the one page you give it. Relative links are resolved against that page's URL; nothing is crawled or visited.

Is my page data private?

Yes — extraction runs entirely in your browser. Pasted and uploaded content never leaves your machine; only URL mode sends the address to our fetch proxy.
